Private Events are perfect for any occasion and we'd love to help you plan one!
Whether you're ready to start planning or just want to learn more, the best place to start is our website. Please take a moment to submit an event inquiry form: Private Event, Corporate Event, or Local Fundraiser.
Once you fill out an inquiry form, a member of the Events Team will be in touch via email within 48-72 business hours. They'll answer any questions you have and provide some more specific pricing information. You may be asked to provide your preferred event date/time and any venue preferences you have. After starting this conversation you'll also have the option to continue chatting via email or phone call to discuss the finer details of your event.
In the meantime, you can start thinking about your painting / project choice. (There
are tons of projects to choose from, so why not start by
thinking of some themes you are interested in now—it’ll help us narrow it down.) You can also get some ideas by flipping through our public calendar at www.yaymaker.com/events
Once the date, time, venue, and host for your event are confirmed, your Event Coordinator
will send you a link for you to pay a deposit. If you are planning a Fundraiser you will then receive an event link so you can start selling tickets! Your Event Coordinator will be on hand throughout the rest of your event journey to help with any additional questions and concerns :)
