Absolutely! When you organize an event with us you will have the ability to
choose where your event is hosted. We know that you have a vision for your event
and would like to help you bring that vision to life!
There is no additional Yaymaker fee for using your own venue.
Non-Yaymaker affiliated venues
If you’d like Yaymaker to come to you, we are opened to looking into hosting your
event at a private location, such as your home or office. For this option to work, you
will need to have a large enough space to accommodate for the number of guests
you are expecting. We generally require about 2 feet of space per person. If Yaymaker comes to you, we will also need you to provide the tables, chairs, and trash
cans for the event.
You also have the option to have the event at a public venue that is not already
associated with Yaymaker. If you’d like to do this, we ask that you reach out to the
venue directly. We find that venues are more likely to donate space or reduce the
pricing of food and beverage minimums or room rental fees if the organizer reaches
out directly. Once you confirm the date and time with the venue, we’ll be happy to
reach out to your contact if they need more information.
Yaymaker affiliated venues
If you’d like suggestions on potential host venues where your event could take place,
just ask us! Yaymaker already has relationships with thousands of venues across
North America that can be used to host your event—venues that already have
worked with us before and are familiar with our setup, events, and artists. We are still
able to work with outside venues if they’re interested and can accommodate, though!
