Tickets typically aren’t refundable. But we want you to enjoy an exceptional event with us, so tickets may be transferred into another event with available seating as long as the existing event is at least 48 hours away. You can still reschedule an existing one less than 48 hours away, but there’s a late cancellation fee.
If you got your ticket from a deal site like Groupon or LivingSocial, you’ll need to contact them
directly about a refund. Since we we still would love for you to join us, we may be able to send
you a reschedule voucher to use to reschedule for another event. If you paid a Experience Fee for
your event, it’ll be included in the total value of the reschedule voucher.
