think you’ll be glad you did).
As long as your event hasn’t started, then we’re happy to help you find a new date. If your event
begins in the next 48 hours, you will be charged a $20/ticket reschedule fee—unless your event
was cancelled by us in which case you’re fee-free.

Follow the link and enter the verification code we sent you when you made your original
reservation. Then just follow the prompts to get a code to rebook with—it’s that easy!
Is your calendar currently looking full? No problem! Reschedule codes never expire, so you can
use them anytime. The tool may ask for a credit card to cover the $20 per-ticket reschedule fee. If
your event is more than 48-hours away and you’re still being asked for a credit card, or you have
any trouble rebooking, first—our bad, we’re sorry. Second—email us at email@example.com and we’ll help out.
