Your verification code is a string of alphanumeric characters which identifies your specific reservation.
You'll need this code to use the auto-Reschedule tool or if you need to contact
customer service. Verification codes can be found in the confirmation email you received when you first made your reservation.
If you've misplaced your confirmation email, not to worry! You can use our Resend Confirmation tool to send yourself a new copy.
If you are still having trouble, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do some digging. Please include the name(s) and email address(es) you used when you signed up—that way we can grab the codes you need and send them your way ASAP.
You don’t need to bring your verification code with you when you check in at your event. Your name is on the list so no proof of purchase is required. All you need to bring with you is your ID if you plan on indulging in a drink or two. In fact, depending on the venue, you may need ID to get in.
