A verification code is the information you need for rescheduling on our website or for contacting
customer service. You’ll find it in the confirmation email you received when you first made your
reservation. For your convenience, if you need to reschedule your event, you can use the auto-
reschedule tool on the Customer Service section of our website. It’ll prompt you for the
verification code for any tickets you have.

Please include the names and the email addresses you used when you signed up—that way we
can grab the codes you need and send them your way ASAP.
And in case you were wondering, you don’t need to bring your verification code with you when
you check in at your event. All you need to bring with you is your ID if you plan on indulging in
delicious cocktails. In fact, depending on the venue, you may need ID to get in.
